The inspector will spend two to three hours with you at the home you are considering and they will inspect everything from roof to crawl, electrical to plumbing all the while giving great advice on how to protect your investment for years to come. Be sure to ask for referrals so you get a proper home inspection.Lawyers
The lawyer is the person who is going to make sure you are getting good title to the property. Your lawyer will conduct utility searches, property tax searches, building, zoning and planning searches, registered title searches. The lawyer will send letters on your behalf to confirm there are no arrears in utilities, no conditional sales contracts, easements, liens, etc. The lawyer will search and advise you of any encumbrances and right of ways. As well he or she will purchase title insurance on your behalf.
